Mission

We believe that our service is to take the “slog” out of being a Trustee/Director by collecting the data, in a format you can understand, for you to make informed decisions. Present monthly and yearly accounts in good time, interact with councils and other government legislation on your behalf. One of the major stumbling blocks of property management is the ability to manage regular contractors, project manage maintenance, and addition/alterations to property, involving building contractors, council regulations and the Governance Rules of the property. Our staff has 20 years in the construction industry and can advise on building costs, building standards and contractual law, thus enabling the Trustees/Directors to make informed decisions in this area.
